BRICstudio is operated by BRIC/Brooklyn Information & Culture, Brooklyn’s leading arts and media non-profit organization. The studio, which is located in Fort Greene (around the corner from the BAM Harvey Theater), is available for rehearsal and performance rentals.

Performance Rentals:
Rate: One-night rentals begin at $500 for a 4-hour call including any set up and clean up.
Includes an audio and lighting technician; house manager; one security person; and use of equipment. These fees are non-negotiable.

Additional Options and Charges:
One box-office staff: $60/evening
Concessions (we provide and keep proceeds): free of charge
Tech rehearsal: $55/hour
Overtime (more than 4 hours): $125/hour.
Piano tuning: At cost to renter if used ($50 - $70 per tuning)
Marley dance floor: $200

On-going rentals or multiple weekend runs welcome. Packages and rates subject to change based on your needs. The studio can be rented as available on every night of the week except Thursdays.

Rehearsal Rentals:
Non-profit organizations and individual performers rate:
$12/hour (Monday — Friday from 9 am — 6 pm)
$25/hour (M-F after 6 pm, weekends)
Use of boombox included

Meetings/Presentations:
Rate: $95/hour(weekdays)/$125(after 6 pm or weekends) with a 4-hour minimum. Price includes a house manager and a technical staff person, Powerpoint, VHS, SVHS and DVD projection. Coffee/tea service available at additional charge.

The entrance to the BRICstudio is located at 57 Rockwell Place, 1 block east of Flatbush Ave

Subway: 1, 2, 4 or 5 to Nevins St, walk 1 block east along Fulton St to Rockwell Pl; B, M, Q or R to DeKalb Av, exit at Flatbush & DeKalb, walk 2 blocks east along DeKalb to Rockwell Pl, turn right. G train to Fulton Street, walk 6 blocks east to Rockwell Pl, turn right on Rockwell.

Bus: B25, 26, 38 or 52 to Fulton & Ashland Pl/Rockwell Pl, walk 1/2 block north
