BRIC Contemporary Art Artist Registry
Since its inception in 1983, the BRIC Contemporary Art Artist Registry has grown to over 1,000 entries. The Artist Registry is open to artists who were born in, live in, work in, or have a studio in the borough of Brooklyn. The registry is currently a slide file and computerized database which serves as a vital resource for Gallery staff. BRIC Contemporary Art will soon begin the process of digitizing the Registry so that it can be made available online. Guest curators and independent art professionals regularly consult the Artist Registry for their own projects.
The downloadable Artist Registry Information Form provides us with the basic information needed to categorize and cross-reference your work according to media, materials, size, and style. Return the Information Form with a CD of no more than 15 images, title list with thumbnails, resume, brief artist statement, and copies of any publications. Print and mail the Information Form along with the other materials to:

Please keep your file up to date by submitting new images and support materials annually. Any file not updated within a three-year period will be discarded.
