Based on a six hour event, including set-up and break-down; $200 each additional hour. Cost includes two (2) staff.
Discounted rates for multiple dates may be available depending upon reservation status.

The Rotunda Gallery is open to the public Tuesday - Saturday from 12 noon - 6pm during programmed exhibitions. Events can take place before 11 am Tuesday - Saturday and after 5 pm during this time; on Monday and Sundays by special arrangement; or during the day and evening between exhibitions.

Approximately 60 chairs and five 3' x 5' tables are available for set-up and use for $50.

Rotunda Gallery does not have a list of preferred caterers; selection can be made by the renter. Upon request, Rotunda can recommend caterers we have worked with successfully in the past.

| Kitchen |
Dry preparation area with a counter approximately 2' wide by 3' long. There is a small refrigerator that is available for light refrigeration and one slop sink.

| Payment |
Dates are reserved upon receipt of a 50% refundable deposit. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations made fewer than 3 months before the event will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit, unless the space can be rented again. No dates will be reserved without receipt of deposit.
